Our Founder

Sarah Rezak has conducted over 400 consulting assignments for resort developments in most U.S. states and more than 20 countrie
s.

Sarah began her career at
Ragatz Associates in 1997.  Her contributions there, including annual intensive study of the fractional interest and destination club industries, the creation of the firm’s annual Fractional Interest Conference, and numerous feasibility analyses, led to her recognition as a leading expert in fractional real estate. She has several published articles and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences on the topic.

Leaving Ragatz Associates in 2004, Sarah continued consulting in the fractional interest industry while also pursuing a Masters of Business Administration fulltime.  Upon completion of this degree, Sarah became Director of Acquisitions and Business Development for Storied Places, Intrawest’s fractional interest development and operations subsidiary.   By 2007 she was Managing Director of Storied Places responsible for expansion of the brand as well as operations for four private residence clubs.

When Intrawest decided to exit the private residence club industry, Sarah attracted a buyer and negotiated the sale of the business unit to
Fairmont Heritage Place (a subsidiary of Fairmont Raffles Hotels International).  She managed all aspects of the transition for the new operator (Fairmont), the developer (Intrawest), owners associations, onsite resort teams, and the corporate office relating from human resources, accounting, and communications to sales, marketing, owner benefits programs and all legal agreements.

Sarah earned her M.B.A. from University of Southern California and her B.A. in Psychology from Wake Forest University.  She is an active member of ULI and ARDASarah lives in Los Angeles with her husband.
