Our Founder
Sarah Rezak has conducted over 400 consulting assignments for resort developments in most
Sarah began her career at Ragatz Associates in 1997. Her contributions there, including annual intensive study of the fractional interest and destination club industries, the creation of the firm’s annual Fractional Interest Conference, and numerous feasibility analyses, led to her recognition as a leading expert in fractional real estate. She has several published articles and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences on the topic.
Leaving Ragatz Associates in 2004, Sarah continued consulting in the fractional interest industry while also pursuing a Masters of Business Administration fulltime. Upon completion of this degree, Sarah became Director of Acquisitions and Business Development for Storied Places, Intrawest’s fractional interest development and operations subsidiary. By 2007 she was Managing Director of Storied Places responsible for expansion of the brand as well as operations for four private residence clubs.
